Sven has accounced his England squad (which we get to watch in close proximity!!) and it is as follows:

Clearly, every other person in the country is going on about Walcott and what a surprise it is to have him in the squad (and it clearly is), but the main thing I don't like about this squad is the inclusion of Jermaine Jenas.
OK, being a Newcastle fans and having Jenas abandon us for Spurs and calling living in Newcastle like being in a Goldfish Bowl wasn't nice, but really, the guy is rubbish! He plays in centre-mid, though he isn't especially good at tackling or passing, his scoring record is woeful, he hasn't got pace and can't dribble past people, and he isn't good in the air! Really, Jenas is similar to Beckham, except he can't cross or take free-kicks, so why on earth is Sven wasting a world cup spot on him is beyond me!!! Argh!!
Apart from this oversight, the squad is decent enough and injuries permitting, is the strongest we have.
(i would have put Darren Bent in instead of Jenas, btw).

And best of all, we're going to be in Germany this time next month! or rather, I'm going to be in Germany this time next month driving from Dusseldorf to Frankfurt in a 6berth campervan on the wrong side of the road, so Germans, I'd avoid the autobahn on that day if i were you!!!!!
